Former ER tech accused of performing sex act on patient headed to trial

The jury trial set to begin Thursday for a Laketown man accused of forcible sodomy was canceled Monday only to be rescheduled for December.

        Most of us have had to be a patient, due to a medical illness, in an ermergency department or a hospital. We to there not because we like to, but we have to. We are already stressed out and in pain. The last thing any patient needs is to worry about being abused. When Mr. Weston chose to committ this crime he also chose the consequences of it. Oh, airhead, the patient was brought in by police for intoxication so he evidently will be suffering some type of criminal charge.
